CHERYL DINOLFO BROKE THE LAW!

Adam Bello was correct and we're NOT surprised!

"The law does not provide any exemption from the execution fee when a new application is executed before a state official." ~~  State Department's director of legal affairs (See letter)

Dinolfo calls this "a clarification."

SCATS ~~ Cheryl, the only thing that's NOT clear is how you ever became County Clerk to begin with!

ADAM BELLO
Monroe County Clerk on Nov. 8th.

I agree that Dinolfo broke the law and her counter part Bill Reilich breaks the law all the time. How do you pick and choose who you wave a fee for. It it a campaign donor or family member?

Then to say it is standard procedure...you can see it is a pattern of distrust over and over again. IT IS TIME FOR A CHANGE!!!

The people of Monroe County as well as the Town of Greece deserves better!

To 11:49AM ~~ I think we're ALL waiting to hear WHICH family got 15 waivers. Of course, their last name will be recognizable ;)
