Do white lives matter?

What charges were laid against the female driving the car?

Gather at the Food Court of the Mall for protest and rioting at 6:30 pm tonight.

WHITE
LIVES
MATTER

signs will be provided by Greece Central Athletic District for their students and graduates because GCAD knows they are too miseducated to make a picket sign.

SCATS said...

To 2:07PM ~~ We're not sure the employees can read, write or spell!

Upon careful review by the janitor who can read and write, GCAD has canceled the plan to use an Emergency Outside Vendor to make the signs.

The Administration decided they had enough problems figuring out what misrepresentations to make to the "Auditor" so they're all on the same page.
By a vote of 9 to 1, office staff voted to put the sign money to better use, the office coffee fund.
Nobody could find any reason to support a dead junkie who didn't bring the District any more State Aid.

There will be an Executive Session at Romigs at 4pm to discuss managing the demonstration at the Mall.

Of course he wasn't indicted. Did they ever release his dash cam video, his body cam video(even in the photo here he has one on) or video from Sears or other stores that show what happened on the passenger side of the vehicle? The only video I ever saw was the grainy one from Target that doesn't show much as it is on the opposite side of car. None of the initial reports made any sense as to what really happened.

To 11:01PM ~~ Even now, he had to be Superman to be radio'ing that the kid had a clip, was reaching for a gun, etc. WHILE he was being dragged, observing the foot on the gas pedal ... we were never told WHOSE gun was fired, either. The teen's? Or the cop's??

The important thing was that the Grand Jury was given that info. Not SCATs

SCATS said...

To 3:59PM ~~ It's not about what SCATS has. It's about transparency with the community, period. If they want to be trusted, they need to act the part.

Not everything any police department or grand jury or court action needs to be provided. If you really have an interest get off your backside and sit in court and you can report it. Everything reported here is viewed as the glass is half full. If the town gave every resident a million dollars you would complain about paying the tax.

3:59 seems to understand, SCATS 6:18 comment seems ignorant, period.

It's about trusting a jury of your peers, randomly chosen from the public who listen to the facts and render a just decision based solely on those facts. What other process would be more transparent and protect innocent citizens?

What could be more transparent? When you start publicly asking for all the facts in all the cases presented to the GJ, then you may can ask for specific cases. Until then, cherry picking for your causes only, appears to be petty and self serving.

To 3:59 pm. Who knows what the Grand Jury was told. I hope you're not implying that the justice system is honest and not beyond distorting the truth to protect one of their own. They are all on the same team. When it comes to you and I its been said the D.A. could indict a ham sandwich if he wanted to. The process is all one sided. Scats is right that it is about transparency within the community. A lot of times in incidents with the Greece Police the stories we are given do not make any sense at all and when that happens you have to ask yourself why is that. If it doesn't smell right its because its rotten. It seems the media doesn't follow up on incidents with the Greece police but instead quickly puts them to bed. What is going on with the guy (Monza I believe) who was shot on Stone Rd? The Greece P.D. has about 100 officers and has so much more controversy and incidents of questionable nature and wrongdoing than the city police who are at least 6-7 times larger or any agency around here for that matter. Why is that? I as a taxpayer am not very happy with this dept.

SCATS said...

To 4:28PM ~~ Actually, I've sat in court quite a few days last year. Guess what? If Greece taxpayers knew about 10% of what I heard, there would be a revolt! BTW, the glass is teice as big as it needs to be! (They call it govt bloat!)

To 6:13PM ~~ What's ignorant are comments like yours that TWIST the truth. We never asked for " all the facts in all the cases" did we?

To 9:22AM ~~ The DA is now Doorley, a woman who is another politically connected party flipper ... AKA Reilich puppet.

Anonymous said...

Dirty Doorley. She's screwed up a huge case as usual. She was also recently charged with prosecutorial misconduct.

SCATS said...

To 7:40PM ~~ Where's the media report on that??

Sweet Sandy was a piss poor prosecutor, who loved to screw a certain segment of the population in homicide cases.

John Parinello screwed her to the wall when she charged a gentleman from Greece with Murder because she had to come out in a rain storm to view the scene. She was told by every cop on that job it was a good self defense shooting, but Sandy had to spend tax dollars and "Build her rep" to run for office.

Sandy still has sufficient juice with the girls in Media to keep her failures (polite term) out of the spotlight, and you can bet the Dem candidate who opposes her won't say anything about them either. Look forward to Irish Dance.

And therein lies the argument...You have chosen to ask a few questions in an open blog on 1 specific case. Thank you for restating my point - that you are "not asking for all the facts in all the cases". That implies you ARE cherry picking for tidbits to feed your Bloggers. Two grand juries are seated with 23 jurors on each. Facts are presented, with questions, and responses. What couldn't be more transparent? And what could you say here that would make us think you would be better suited as a Grand Juror than those 46 citizens who just served?

SCATS said...

To 5:23PM ~~ WRONG AGAIN! The "few questions" asked here should be FOLLOWED UP BY THE MEDIA!! Time & time again, "Breaking News" from Greece NY gets no follow-up after they end the nightly headline "story" with words to the effect of: "the investigation is ongoing." That's fine that it's being "investigated, BUT seldom do we hear any sort of follow-up that answers the questions media asked the day it happened.

As for serving on the grand jury, that was NOT an issue here. Try to keep up ;)

How's Sandy Baby doin burian the Holiday Inn Fire case?

Anonymous said...

You are so right on about the burying the Holiday Inn case. That won't see the light of day. She's the biggest hypocrite. Two faced.

SCATS said...

To 1:44PM ~~ Aren't all the local party-flippers?

Anonymous said...

What makes you think that media does not routinely distort the facts? If you don't believe that, you are way out there beyond Pluto. Regarding the Holiday Inn, word has it she will present it to the GJ before the election and let them bury the crime that never was. If there was a case here, what would further advance her political agenda then to at least get an indictment from the grand jury. Sadly, a ham sandwich would have a better chance given the absent of sufficient evidence to make the case before 23 thinking members of this community. Her only way out is to refuse to present by publically and officially admitting that she was provided insufficient evidence to even make a case based on circumstantial evidence. Even the cops wouldn't make an arrest with what they had. In the case of the ham sandwich, one could always make the case that it was spoiled and not edible and prove it.

The best part is how she pretends to be for the victim. Her tears are fake just like her. She has zero empathy and treats the woman who work in her office like dirt.

Anonymous said...

The press will not let her bury it. The facts are clear. If not for that artical in the Toronto newspaper and the family of one of the victims
Hiring a private investigator to come here and do his own investigation, the GPD had already buried this case. It wasn't
Until this happened that they created a TASK FORCE , with 2 officer assigned. This is a task force? What a joke. If the original
Task Force which was about 20 or so I'm told, couldn't make the case, how in hell are 2 guys that weren't even
Born when the fire took place do it.

SCATS said...

To 1:26PM ~~ PSSSST!! We're not going to let anyone bury it either.

6:27. You got it. Those Greece skin heads dropped back 15 yards and punted the ball into her territory. Now her and her team can't even get a 1st down. Unfortunate for the DA all stars , they can't kick it back to the to the Greece Skins She can't even deflate the ball and hide it under her stylish hair piece . She is stuck with it like a stone in her size 10s. Anyone notice a similarity to the Kentucky wild cat clerk?

Do Greece Taxpayers supply the skull wax for Greece Cops, or do they have to bear that expense from their own pocket?

Anonymous said...

If it's a required part of uniform, the answer is yes. If it's required and not paid by the town, they have to buy it themselves. In this instance, they can write it off as a tax deduction on their income taxes. When is the last time you saw a cop with a hat on .? Not even when it's snows. And when it rains, the water beads up and rolls off from the Simonize job. It's just not macho any more to cover your head with a hat. I think they use more head wax than shoe polish.

I had to utilize GPD services last week. They were helpful, insightful and professional. In fact, any time I've had interaction with a GPD officer, they've been great.

SCATS said...

To 6:50PM ~~ Just how often do you have to use their services??

I sure hope Greece's girl cops don't go to the chrome dome look.

Word is they stuff their bullet proof vests though.

They're still a lot more fun to watch than the chrome domes!
