WHERE is Code Compliance?

It's being reported the victims of the robbery were operating an illegal PAWN SHOP put of the house!

Where are the Code Gestapo?
WHY hasn't this Pawn Shop been BUSTED?

Are they another SPECIAL Look Away commercial establishment like the mower shop on Kuhn Road?

WHY does Greece have Code Compliance people if they don't do the job?
