Happy Halloween & Beware The Tricksters

NY State Parole Officers will monitor registered sex offenders statewide from 3 to 11 Halloween afternoon and night. This will include "face-to-face home visits."

The Department of Corrections and Community Supervision imposes special conditions on sex offenders on Halloween. They have to remain at home or a designated location during that time period. They can't answer the door to trick-or-treaters. They can't have Halloween candy in their possession and they are not allowed to dress up in a costume.

BEWARE: Some sex offenders, like our very own Gary Pignato, are NOT on the registry!

I wonder if Steve Chatterton would let him visit a Greece school ...?

He's not a sex offender because of a Sandra Doorley DEAL. She's like Monty Hall.

To 11:18AM ~~ I sort of figured it was something like that. How disgusting!

Now does everyone see how the new fangled "security" system Chatterton raved about is almost worthless? Like I said, it's NOT the people on the Sex Offender Registry that we need to worry about trying to get into the schools. It's the ones who aren't on there yet! (Or who are district employees)
