Town Sues Insurer Over Pignato Case

Letter from Lloyd's of London in May says Pignato was "off-duty" at time of alleged sexual assaults and that "policy exclusions" apply to other bodily injury claims.

Town of Greece says insurer violated NY State insurance laws by waiting too long to disclaim coverage.

SCATS ~~ Auberger, Rahn, Pignato, Joseph & others ... they just keep on "giving" and "giving" and "giving" to Greece taxpayers.

The ghost of Auggie strikes. We will no doubt be paying for his follies for years to come. Is he even in town anymore or gone to Florida?

Who is paying for Pignato to sue Lloyds of London?
If a person sues a homeowner and it is shown that the pitbull was indeed dangerous and the owner knew it was dangerous and it was off the leash, I think Lloyds might not cover that either. We have to know our pitbulls. And if they are dangerous we should take out extra insurance for the attacks. There might be riders for incompetent supervisors and predatory police officers. Apparently we didn't get that umbrella.

Law suits always coming in from the ghost of our great police officers and our town supervisor. Town needs to sue other places in order to replenish the suits they had on them. We will see what other suits will still show up for the town, Auberger and our retired officers or should I say our fired officers including our chief. They still haunt us for all the dirty schemes they have done and not doing their jobs properly. They need to pay for all the tings they have done to our people and the town. The past was always covered up by cheating and no proper investigations. The chief and the officers
allowed them selves to continue and get stronger against the people of TOG? They were feeling pretty Greecevemployeesgood for a long stretch. It caught up with them. But not soon enough. I PRAY the suits are still going on for these other people and will be done with great KARMA. The people of the TOG need to realize it's not the people who are suing, these rock headed officers and Auberger did a lot of wrong disgusting things to the people of The Town. I don't think it's over yet.
