GOOD FOR HER. These are not all her dogs. She fosters most of them for an animal rescue organization while permanent homes are located for these animals who otherwise would be killed. I know you couldn't care less, but some of us out here do.
Every time this issue comes up you seem to go ballistic. Why does this incense you so much? I'm sure in each and every case, they don't live within miles of you.
These people save lives. Lives that in some cases are more worth saving then some people. So why not just mind your own business and let those in charge deal with these situations being performed by those committed to this noble , humane cause. Now let's hear your hateful rant in response.. Don't for forget the bold fonts. Lol

To 2:41PM ~~ As I've stated before, "rescue" dog loosely translates into "behavior problem/s" when it comes to most of these animals. Animals that have been mistreated, abused &/or neglected typically aren't suited for most homes until they've been through remediation of some sort.

Regardless whether or not they are "rescue" animals, SHE IS V-I-O-L-A-T-I-N-G THE CODE!!MOST communities limit dogs to 2-3 per household so the neighbors who are FREE TO CHOOSE NOT TO HAVE DOGS (a Constitutional right, even today!) can have quiet enjoyment of their premises.

As I've said before, it would be such a breath of fresh air if these people would GET THEIR VARIANCE FIRST, instead of making the neighbors turn them in for violations.

I love animals of all kinds, but I love a peaceful neighborhood even more :)

2:41 - Why would someone doing what you call humane work disrespect others in the process?

I'm bothered by your attitude. Animals over humans? Seriously?

If a person wants to be a refuge or a no-kill shelter , she can apply to have a license to do that. Otherwise she has to follow limitations.

To 1:59PM ~~ EXACTLY! Doing the "right thing" means doing it completely, not halfway.

Where do u get your info about rescue dogs having such problems? I have a family member that has shut down many puppy mills all over the country. Ill make sure to mention your blog to her so she can better educate u on exactly what these groups do. These people are hero's not hoarders.

@12:42 i can think of thousands of people that i would gladly save an animal over them. People that rape children, people who murder, people who lie, steal and cheat, the list goes on and and on. I hate to break it to you but there are plenty of humans that have zero value.

To 12:01AM ~~ From a variety of sources including personal experience and a vet.

To 12:09AM ~~ Now we know FOR SURE that GOD READS SCATS!!!! THANK YOU :)

You have personal experience on being a hoarder or a vet? Umm. Dogs want nothing more then to be loved. Most of all rescue dog that have been through bad things. Ive seen people keep dogs and neglect them, hurt, kick ,chain them up outside, and believe it or not, these dogs still are loyal to their owners. U dont not know everything about everything. You only see black and white, and from the tone of most of your topics, id say your opinion is mostly white. Btw if youre gonna respond to a comment from me, such as your post to my 12:09 comment, at least have the guts to post my comment. Otherwise u just look stupid.

To 11:04PM ~~ Go back & read the question I responded to for the answer to your question. SMH ... I sometimes wonder if the people posting on here ever got beyond 6th grade.

So then, you openly admit that you've "seen people keep dogs and neglect them, hurt, kick ,chain them up outside"?? Why didn't you call the authorities? Why did you allow that much abuse to transpire?? Just so you could "rescue them" after they suffered??

As far as "looking stupid" goes, your complaint LOOKS STUPID since you point out that I posted your comment and then responded to it! LMAO!! Some of you need to put down whatever it is that's making you high BEFORE applying fingers to keyboard.

To 9/15/2014 2:41 PM ~~ Just as I thought, what you contend is NOT true! It's not even close to reality.

Three of the dogs were from a litter. Two others were the parent dogs. One other was taken in from another family member.

All of these are FACTS taken from the minutes of the meeting.

She will NOT be permitted to retain 7 dogs, thank God!

To the haters who attempted to paint SCATS as someone who dislikes animals: you'll have to work harder next time ... MEOW :)
