Today I attended a very nice performance at GCSD and did a good lookaround, after finally getting in because the damn doors were locked and nobody thought it might be good to unlock the auditorium so all the people with wheelchairs and walkers could get in.

Sine this was a musical, I presumed The PIANO might perform. It didn't even show up.

Where's the DAMN PIANO??
Did Babs sell it?
Is it sitting in Julia's living room?

WHY does GCSD hide the piano???

It's downstairs in the back of the pit. An electric piano was used, so THE piano wasn't needed.

The aud is opened 30 min before show time. The kids were in there warming up. Only place to hold 150 kids and 70 set crew members efficiently. As soon as they left, the doors were open. We hope you enjoyed the show.

11:09 GREAT SHOW
The boy who was the lead was magnificent.

I understand your problem with that many kids, BUT when you have all the Seniors coming from Screwnity Assisted Living and other homes, that place NEEDS to be opened earlier. Geezers just don't load in fast.

I DEMAND to see THE PIANO working. It hides better than a GCSD Union Administrator.
I don't care if it's just a Babs & Julia act with one of them playing and the other sprawled on top of THE PIANO singing torch songs. I want to see it work.
Electric piano is no substitute!

Has THE PIANO ever made an appearance?

It was a great performance but I know many people did not attend because it was not a kid geared show this time. Usually ATM does a show that kids can attend and as a result many families attend. I always bring my bra kids but this time I did not as I could not see them understanding the choice this year. Many shared the same sentiment. The kids were magnificent as usual however I hope that the same trend does not continue next year when picking their performance choice.

So according to the debt service budget we owe $186 million. The sale price of the Odyssey academy building was $2.4 million. The amount we owe would be enough to buy almost 80 buildings of Odyssey's size? Does this make any sense at all?

We don't own nearly enough properties to justify so much bond debt! And that would be if we had no equity in any of our buildings at all. If we had, say, 50% equity by now (since most of the buildings are less-than-new) we'd be in debt to the tune of about 155 Odyssey academies.
