GASA Contract Approval ~ Where's the cost analysis??

RE: The Cost Analysis of the Contract, Scats, I suspect it was done of one of those free IPads the schools all got so the 2nd grade students can learn how to read books electronically. Don't know why they need to learn that, the library is full of books they could read. The interview also indicated the students could learn to play games on them, too. There's a great return on your tax dollar!

Does it seem a better use of electronic equipment to teach the students how to use them to solve problems, and how to program them to get solutions to problems?

To 3:26PM ~~ It occurs to me that if we could put an I-pad into every student's hand there would be no reason to teach them how to print/write, do math, spell or much else that schools used to do ;)
