Would You Vote For A Triple Dipper?

Greece voters, check this out. After a quick review of the state election law,the suburban town law and the public officers law, I have concluded that if he wins, Reilich will be able to substantially add to his classic car collection.

It would appear that Reilich will be able to retain three political position. Supervisor , State legislator and chairman of the Republican Party. Two of which are taxpayer supported. He would also be allowed to run his current private business. Three political pay checks and business profits. Not bad right! Proof of this lies in the fact that Morelle is paid head if the Democratic Party as well as a legislator.
The ability to triple dip on the public teet lies in the interpretation of two words in the law. COMPATABILITY AND INCOMPATABILITY. If the position are dreamed compatible , he can retain all three,
Here's the good part, the earnings derived from the public positions, will be counted toward his government pension. By my math, he would earn a combined yearly compensation of around 200K which would be factored into his pension account and payout 60% of that number in his yearly pension upon retirement.
It would also appear that Antelli will be able to continue to do hair as well as receive our taxes.
When you go to the polls, keep this in mind before you vote.   10/13/2013 6:55 AM

I don't believe the poster is correct. The legal standard the state has used is incompatible duties. His duty to the town as a voting member of the town board and to the state as a voting member of leg are in conflict. But we should ask Relich if he even hesitates to state he would resign from the leg he should be subject to legal action.

"The ability to triple dip on the public teet lies in the interpretation of two words in the law."

I would change that to "triple suckle" to correctly follow the metaphor. He can only "triple dip" in that substance they exude as politicians speak.

This needs to get so much more public. So here's the challenge - how do we make the public aware and educate them enough that they might realize that this is only good for Bill Reilich and certainly not for the taxpayers of Greece and NY State? This is so wrong on so many levels. In my opinion this makes Reilich as bad a candidate as Dan Maloney was 4 years ago.

Almost seems every day he's in Albany will be a good day for Greece.

He does have that new building in Clarkson to pay for that he and Antelli spent the summer together in.

I this is what Mr Reilich is doing then laws need to be changed so that it can't happen. Again I say to you this town is so corrupt I think nothing will ever change and thats why I as a taxpayer does not plan on living in Greece much longer or even in the state for that matter. NY has got to be the most corrupt state in the union is going to stay that way until someone becomes honest and that'
s not going to happen,

Election law does not allow to hold two elected positions (positions voted on by the public) at once. Pure and simple.

It's Greece. Laws never stopped us from doing what the politicos wanted before. Why let them bother us now?

Based on past practices, this is how I see the Republican Party game plan for Greece. As usual, it will revolve around their brand of musical politicial chairs.
First, find away to appease Antelli and not have him force a primary for the supervisor job. The answer, ask Kathy Taylor to retire as Receiver of Taxes and offer a safe republican seat on the county legislature. Offer the job to Rick as this is always been another safe town position for any Republican who hasn't been dead for more than 3 yrs.Rick meets the standard and accepts thereby avoiding a primary clearing the way for Reilich. This accounts for three chairs.
Reilich wins in November. Announces his plans to give up his seat in Albany on December 31 st. Shortly thereafter, his choice to replace him in Albany is announced in the interim do to fact that he is also running for a board seat in November. Once his choice wins the board seat for the party , his identity will be made public. This will of course leave a board seat open. The party's choice of those waiting in line for that seat will be announced. This will account for another two chairs making it five in all for one election cycle. After all, it's been their right of passage forever in Greece and the spoils of total control of this town.
The only thing that will upset the " Apple cart" would be an upset by the Democrats in November. This not going to happen so my confidence is high on the above scenario.

NYS Commissioner of Education Dr. John B. King, Jr. and PTA hold the first of five presentations across the state on Common Core followed by Q&A and public comment. This video contains the shortest part of the evening, the public comment period where parents express contempt for Common Core.--Poughkeepsie, New York. October 10, 2013.

I just heard that not all the Democrats showed up for the Northgate Neighbors candidate's night.

So both sides didn't attend.

To 8:34AM ~~ Did they actually allow you to graduate with such poor skills in logic? NO REPUBLICANS ATTENDED which is quite different from most Democrats attending.

After reading the Democrat and Chronicle article relating to the arrest of Dan Lynch, I looked at the website for 'Treadstone'; the company run by Lynch. It is closely partnered with 'Navitech', which does business with 'M3S.' One of the board members on M3S is "Richard Beebe." I wasn't sure if this is one and the same as the Greece Supervisor candidate. If it is, he is in the company of some very familiar people.

To 9:30PM ~~ Hard to say for sure since there are several "Richard Beebes" living in the Rochester area.

The candidate "DICK" Beebe has admitted it is him! I was taken back when he acknowledged that. I was looking to him but now .....And he said it so matter of fact!

Dick Beebe a board member for M3S. I think I can hear the fat lady singing!

Dick hasn't missed a meeting on the board. Here is a link to the minutes of a board meeting:

Wasn't Robutrad under her watch too.? She and Augie must have found a teflon special at Victoria's Secret. No scandal seems to touch the Republicans around these parts. Nothing sticks.

And 9:30....is that the company connected with Bourne Identity?
