The BOE is voting on giving a person (the name you will know then) a nice FAT raise. Not because they do more work, but because they gave a believable performance at the summer retreat. CO folks (BDW and JW) were very impressed. May even have been decided been over cocktails?

Money is no problem

If 4:53 is correct I hope the educational improvements attributed to this person 'becomes public' when the board 'makes public' the financial increases. AND of course the additional funds needed for the retirement fund $$ needed.

So...was it true? Who is being rewarded now?

Someone that doesn't deserve it. The board needs to ask questions and not just go along blindly with the bill of sales and lip service that is being fed to them to justify a bigat unjustified raise.

That Hubbard boy doesn't even like COMIDA. Check the Greece POST last week.

Given all the jobs they have created, whats not to like!

ACCOUNTABILITY a word that does not exist in any shape or form in the Town of Greece including all dictionaries in town and school libraries. So give up because nobody is listening and if they were they simply say to us SO WHAT!!

To 5:11AM ~~ Like they say, a sucker is born every minute. If that wasn't sarcasm, then you are a sucker ;)

To 6:43AM ~~ "Give up" isn't in MY dictionary, either :)

The norm in public education.

Last night the school board of the city school district as appreciation for being the worst district in N.Y.S. approved 'raises' via a new contract. And if you make us the worst again next year we'll give you more raises. The taxpayers should be soooo proud. The state should send them more $$$$ right away.
Someone please show me a better example of INCOMPETENCE.

Careful Charlie! Greece might rise to the occasion!
