So, Bill ... WHAT Is "The Promise?"

From Bill Reilich's Facebook page ~~ "... now he wants to restore the promise that is Greece."

SCATS ~~ I've yet to find anyone who could tell me exactly what "the promise" is/was! I just want to know what he PLANS TO DO FOR GREECE!

Why SCATS you silly... he means all of the promises he's made to his cronies of course!

what's the [premise behind the promise?

So it's Dick Beebe vs Bill Reilich? Or Richard Beebe vs Bill Reilich? Or Richard Beebe vs William Reilich? Or Dick Beebe vs WIlliam Reilich?

These nicknames and familiar terms do not bode well for branding or name recognition especially with the cognition of most of the demographic of Greece. They are not Maggie or Louise. Remember when Sandra Doorley was running for DA and Sandy Frankel was running for county exec in 2011? Not against each other but close enough to confuse. Some people thought they were voting for Sandy/Sandra Frankel when they were voting for the DA , Sandy Baby.

Not saying that threw the election but these endearing terms of Dick and Bill and Sandy as opposed to their full names can get confusing.

Frankel would have made a better DA than Doorley.

The promise of crooked politicians, egomaniac police officers who only serve and protect their very own behinds from Baxter to Goater and all the others in between. The promise of GCSD and teachers who have no business being teschers. And the promise of no fire works on the fourth of july. The promise of Greece Dumbocrats who care as much as the republicants. Need I say more?

The promise of an illusion.

One would think that Reilich could be a little more creative and come up with a new slogan rather than use the same one Auburger coined which was a statement in search of an answer from the beginning. Riley declared in his slogan "GREECE IS THE LIFE". Really? Anyone have any ideas for Reilich in this regard? I don't! I have simply run out of descriptive adjectives that could adequately describe Greece in a positive representative way that wouldn't be a lie. My guess is that
Reilich also has the same problem.

This is not a slogan Augberger came up with. It is the official town moto.

Can't wait to see what the Dumbocrats come up with....
