maybe you have a 'man-crush' on Richard Antelli. After all, you have mentioned him in several blog posts. Just a taste of your own medicine. To 11:01AM ~~ Antelli has been before this board EVERY MONTH for MANY, MANY MONTHS with the exact same issues! ENOUGH ALREADY!! Put him out of his misery, please!! Either tell him "NO" which will require a spine, or give him what he seeks! STOP WASTING TIME.

As for Wegmans, the video and my headline say it all. They do not need another liquor store.

Poor Ricky has to get all his zoning changes and special use permits because it just won't look right when he does it as Tax Receiver.

He's sitting on some real bad property, and HESS won't talk to him because they were made aware of what he did over at Latta & Flynn.

Why would Hess want to talk to Antelli. Seems to me a few weeks back, Hess stated they were getting out of the retail business and would close all their subsidiaries. Let's see now. Another empty location at Ridge and Fetzner as well
as Dewey and Latta. And yes, Ridge and n.Grrece. I think we have Rick to thank for that not happening at Latta And Flynn.

Does anyone really believe Hess will abandon existing stations?

They will be sold to another operator very easily because they are state of the art and fully compliant.

Hess is building another station at Ridge & 259 right now after they cleaned up the mess another operator left behind.
