Is gambling addiction recovery covered as a health benefit under his County health care paid for by taxpayers?

To 11:27AM ~~ Maybe it's included in Mental Health coverage which typically isn't such wonderful coverage in most policies. I'm wondering if he's ever received treatment for his OTHER issues.

To 3:41PM ~~ I don't think Sam Ross will get fired since Baxter & the DA have already set the stage for him to get away with his "mistake". As for Chatterton, they'll promote someone I think.
