Bill Reilich Jr. Pleads Not Guilty To Grand Larceny

YNN Reports:

"The son of the chairman of the Monroe County Republican Party pleaded not guilty to charges related to unemployment fraud.

William Reilich Jr. is charged with Grand Larceny, Falsifying business Records and Offering a False Instrument.

Reilich Jr. is accused of claiming unemployment benefits from June 2009 through January 2010 in the amount of $7,700 while he was employed by the Greater Rochester International Airport.

Reilich's attorney says his client has a gambling problem and has enrolled in a rehabilitation program."

SCATS ~~ I know it's probably just some legal technicality, but are we expected to believe he's not guilty of a crime where restitution was made BEFORE the case was heard in court?

Wonder if the old man will have him enter alcohol program when the sh*t hits the fan about the accident cover up?

Seems like someone wants to direct the focus onto gambling instead of drinking.
