BREAKING NEWS...But certainly not surprising. My sources in Geneva tell me that Carol Pallas did not get the Superintendent position. How come the "leaders" from the 8th largest district in NY can never get hired any other place?

I have found that many people outside of Greece are aware of the dysfuntion in our school district and in our local government. They hold both in distain. Our ostrich mentality leads us to beleive we are number one, when we are really number two. Geneva's loss is well Geneva's gain congratualtions

To 2:56PM ~~ Yes, I heard about that yesterday. It's awful that the elderly are being targeted in Greece now.

Really? Why'd we get stuck with achramovitch? He's doing the same crap to hamburg.

To Hamburg ~~ My guess is that you got stuck with him, because your highly dysfunctional BOE was looking for someone they could easily control ;)

as opposed to OUR highly dysfunctional board.....

To 8:23PM ~~ He was perfect for Greece's BOE ... until he started doing the job he was originally hired for. How dare he fire a hockey coach who drank on the job in a "no tolerance" district ... or try to push West Ridge to an earlier demise to get the budget under control.

He didn't realize the some people are more equal than others in greece schools. That would be sports moms and school of choice whiners.

We are stuck with her! Personally i have never seen a person more impersonable than Palas. It is no wonder we are in the situation we are in in Greece.

Makes you miss Phelon's prattle, doesn't it.
