Gerstner Pleads Guilty; To Do Jail Time

Tia Gerstner pleaded guilty today to violating her probation by driving drunk again. She's already served 6 mo. for the death of her friend,17-year-old Joseph Mueller, in a drunk-driving crash from 2009.

In March 2009, Gerstner crashed her car into a tree and a house on Ling Rd. in Greece. She was still on probation for that crash when she drove drunk again in May. That's why she'll be headed to prison. Her sentence will be two-and a third to seven years.

Don't sound so high and mighty. This could have been one of your kids.

To 4:15PM ~~ LMAO!! Exactly which part sounds "high & mighty?" It is straight from a media source but reworded.

FYI, it could NOT EVER be one of my kids! We believe in knowing WHERE they are. WHO they are with. WHAT they are doing. WHO IS IN CHARGE.

After the first such incident mine would have been on house arrest (i.e. GROUNDED with minimal privileges and loads of chores and high expectations for any school or job they had) until the end of their probation!

I guess this means lovely Tia's career path as a GCSD Driver Education teacher is on the rocks.

How sad, she had so very much to offer.
