School's Out ... Are Your Kids Safe?

The Greece Post reports: A Greece man has been charged with public lewdness after allegedly pleasuring himself at his home and calling out comments to girls walking by.

John Nokes, 57, of Ridgedale Circle, was charged June 27. Police allege he was pleasuring himself  in or near his home. He's accused of yelling crude comments at three young girls walking by his home at that time.

He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and public lewdness. He was remanded to Monroe County Jail in lieu of $750 cash or bond.

SCATS ~~ Beyond creepy!

Once the trial is over, this guy will be a nice addition to the prison population. They'll probably have a lottery to see who gets to be his roomy.

This sounds like a psychiatric case. Weird.

Maybe he can share a cell with that perverted bus monitor.

To 10:38PM ~~ I'm just hoping he doesn't get hired by GCSD as the bus monitor's replacement.

To 11:15AM ~~ The last I heard, the judge had a box of videotapes to review. That was in April with his next hearing scheduled for late May. Maybe the judge is watching the tapes again ... and again ... and again.

As a former bus driver, I don't see how any videos can show anything with certainty. The ones I have seen have piss poor quality and I can't see how they would hold up as evidence in court.

To 2:34PM ~~ Maybe they will help substantiate the victim's claims.
