RESIGN, MR. AUBERGER ... TUESDAY NIGHT

DEMAND AUBERGER RESIGN
TUESDAY NIGHT AT 6PM!

Auberger's "Score" Card?

SCATS ~~ There's a Town Board meeting Tuesday night at 6PM in Greece Town Hall. Show up. Bring signs. Tell him you've had enough!

Anonymous said...

I met Mr. Auberger for the first time while I was a Juror on the Meritt Rahn Trial. His responses showed a great deal of character flaw and I was disgusted with myself for ever voting for this worm.

I spoke out as much as I could about Mr. Auberger needed to resign and that he too had a great deal of going on with some of the charges against Meritt.

I also mentioned that sooner or later he will come up on more news in the future because this is the type of man he is.

Well a year later and Mr. Auberger once again is showing what a great Politician, religious, character, creditable, honest man he really is and I was right again.

He should of resigned last year and did not, he should resign now and more than likely will not. Maybe we all need to get focused as Greece residents and protest this guy out of office.

By looking at the voting results, it looks like 75+% of Greece residents could actually show up on The Town Hall Sidewalks to voice their opinion on having this side show come to end with Auberger's resignation.

Scats: I'll be there Tuesday and I'm bringing my friends.

I will be there

SCATS said...

To 2:46PM ~~ I asked that question earlier this week and was told that there was "an apparent lack of official malfeasance" so therefore "the Dems have nothing to add publicly." Translated I think it means they can't be bothered and have no problem with the status quo.

To 4:08PM ~~ THANK YOU! Tell your family & friends! Bring everyone you know. We need more people willing to speak up during the forum at the beginning of the meeting, too.

It's sad you want to use this distraction at this time. To focus the light on this issue does nothing to Auberger who is done when his term is up - and he most certainly won't resign - but it will certainly bring yet more pain to the Neusatz family. There are actually some real issues to be discussed at this meeting and to choose this venue for an attack on Auberger for his lack of morality will distract from those issues. Please reconsider creating a circus when there is an opera waiting in the wings.

SCATS said...

To 6PM ~~ A distraction? From???

You assert that it would "bring more pain to the Neusatz family." I disagree. Based upon the videos and quotes in the newspaper today, it appears Bob Neusatz wants us all to know about Auberger's role in destroying his family. Maybe he will be there ;)

There are ZERO leaders in Greece. Auberger is a pathetic supervisor, the Greece SD hasn't had an active and courageous leader in more than a decade, and the PD in Greece has been a mess also, maybe the new chief will change that.

And with all this, we expect our kids at schools to act with character and honor, yet everyday they see, hear and read about these public officials that have none.

Lastly, here, and nationally, Republicans are better, more aggressive politicians...Dems are too quiet and non-assertive. They should be all over Auberger right now...but nothing.

Anonymous said...

Scats: I just had knee surgery but I will be there Tuesday night and be proud to stand with anyone who feels that Augie needs to resign. It will not matter what party they are from or where they live.

Bob Neusatz would be a great person to show up. He could see first hand how many that would be there to support him and his family but understand completely if doesn't.

Even if there is just one person, it will show that we care and not all of us have the morale standards of a baboon.

I guarentee I will be at least one who will request for Mr. Auberger to resign on this night.

Mr. Auberger; You need to listen to the Greece Residents and understand anything less than your resignation will not be accepted.

6:00pm:
A distraction is not what we want, Mr. Auberger's resignation is what is needed.

Mr. Auberger could resign right at the begining of the meeting so there will be no disruption with the agenda.

I agree with Scats: I don't believe anyone would go too the media to get a message out if they did not want too.

WHERE ARE THE GREECE DEMOCRATS?

Just one Democrat leader or just one Democrat resident and I will be satisfied that your party is represented. Just one more Republican and I will be not be one voice from our party.

Make this be a statement from all who care and coming from both parties that we Require Mr. Auberger's resignation on Tuesday night. This is not about Politcal Parties, this is about what is right!!

This is about a family who has lived and worked in our Town for many years!

To Chuck Male @8:40pm ~~ I'm very glad to hear you will be attending. I can't speak for Mr. Neusatz and whether or not he plans to attend the meeting Tuesday, but he has become SCATS's most recent Facebook friend :)

I think that is outstanding!

As I said before, I be truly proud to stand by his side and demand that Mr. Auberger resign on Tuesday night.

I will attend, hopefully Auberger will resign before then and not waste everyone's time.

I cannot help but to feel terrible for Mr. Neusatz and his family, he seems to be a decent hard working guy. It is clear that like everyone else, he had some family issues and Auggie took advantage of them. I hope things work out for Mr. Neusatz and that he finds some peace. If there is going to be a move to get Auggie out Tuesday someone should make the news aware. At what point is the town investigated so we do end up with one of Auggies friends in his place?

Anonymous said...

Based on what happened a few years back when one resident attending a school board meeting was arrested for whispering to the person seated next to him, there needs to be some caution Tuesday night. (And also video filming of what happens.) The police willingly went along with the arrest at the BOE board room and made that person's life miserable for hours and then for months. The DA's office participated in the sham event and the ADA that prosecuted Larry in court for his "heinous" crime was none other than Shannon O'Keefe who now sits on the Town Council of Stooges.
There can be no question that multiple police officers will be present and anything done by the residents will be declared as disturbing the peace. Residents should be prepared for arrest, booking, charges filed and a court appearance. That is what happens in Egypt, Libya and Tunisia....and Greece, our Greece. But Auberger probably won't insist that their hands be cut off. And be sure to call all the news outlets ahead of time. At the very least there can be signs on the public property outside the building or at least on the public sidewalk.

SCATS said...

To 11:47AM ~~ I appreciate the concern. While I can't make any guarantees, I'm checking out a few things to ensure that if anything like that were to happen, that the Town of Greece will look even more pathetic with the current "leadership" at the helm. I don't foresee people like Chuck Male being intimidated so easily.

wgceca said...

We will be present to record the meeting as we have been for all the board meetings. It will be bradcast inits entirely on WGCE

I don't see how you can be arrested for speaking at the forum or holding a sign.

Anonymous said...

Well if someone is going to get arrested for voicing their opinion about Auberger, then I guess it will have to be that way for me as well, I will be there.

If we do get arrested, then maybe John Parinello will represent all who are and sue the Town.

Anonymous said...

I think arresting any resident who attends will be very costly with all upcoming elections.

Democrats, better get your people ready for the coming elections because I would have to say the Republicans will be looked upon very poorly even if only one gets booked.

11:47 am:

Kind of odd how you mention Muslim run countries to the Town of Greece? Is that your way to state your opinion that the Town of Greece is not over seen by NYS or the U.S.A.?

Well I know one place that it can't compare too either, (The Vatican City State in Rome). I think Adultery is against the law there too. Last I knew, Muslims did not favor Adultery to well either. Not sure if anything is cut off but they frown upon it.

SCATS said...

To WGCECA ~~ THANK YOU! :)

To 2:39PM ~~ Maybe I'll have to invite JP to come along ... good idea!

To 2:52PM ~~ What Democrats??? There has been not one word from them on any of this!

To 3:06PM ~~ I think the other person was referring to how those countries tried to strongarm their residents to retain control. Personally, our locals rule more closely to the Communists than the

Under more strict versions of Sharia Law Muslims have been stoned to death for adultery.

Anonymous said...

3:06 is sure over-thinking the remarks of 11:47 which I wrote. Uprisings in the streets over really bad leaders was the only motive. If it had happened in Canada I would have mentioned Canada.
A legal opinion on adultery would not deter the stupidvisor but perhaps having hoards of his taken-for-granted faithful followers clamoring for his resignation might tip the balance. Gee, I hope there is not another religious twist to that!

Ladies & Gentlemen, boys and girls and all the ships on Lake Ontario.
NY Penal Law clearly states a politician or public office holder CANNOT be harassed while acting as a Public Official.

The mental defectives hired to be Greece Police Officers DO NOT KNOW THIS. They will arrest citizens at the direction of Politicians. It has happened to a Rochester Police Officer.

WHEN you are arrested comply with the unlawful arrest. Do not make the dumb cop's life difficult because he will then be employing force against you as well as painful compliance techniques.

After you have been booked and released, begin calling lawyers to find out who will represent you in your civil suit against the Town of Greece, SuperBaxter and John Hairburger.

Lets be just a little honest folks, Monica wasn't wearing a wedding ring because Monica was on the market.

Monica was fed up with her marriage, and real pissed because her husband had blown the family business and Monica had to leave her comfortable life of yacking on the phone all day.

Hairburger was shopping for the next scalp on his belt, he nailed Monica.

Normally END OF STORY!

Who cares, minimally 20 other women are doing it with somebody other than their husband every day in Greece.

Here's another BIG secret, divorce attorneys frequently nail their female clients during the divorce.

Back in the days of Swine 1 an unnamed Greece Cop had a room available at the Maple Leaf Motel so female offenders could settle the violation right there and then. The Cop could even hide his motorcycle behind the motel.

NOBODY CARED then, and nobody cares now.

Anonymous said...

The democrats won't touch this. They're up to their eyeballs in some other activities and are caught completely unprepared to do anything. History does repeat itself, over and over again.

SCATS said...

To 8:27PM ~~ No one is suggesting harassment. I'm lost in your message ... it doesn't make sense to me.

To 8:34PM ~~ Obviously, you are wrong about people caring now. This isn't about Monica who is the victim here, it's about AN ELECTED OFFICIAL ON AN EGO TRIP.

I am not going to accept and post further comments attempting to "try" the victim.

RE: 8:34

I care and from what I can see, many more care as well. Maybe your morale standards are on your belly and they constantly get road rash as you move but mine are in take.

It is not about sex, it is about our Town Supervisor who is running around having an affair with a married woman and makes it even worst by going to their home to gloat in front of her husband who was clueless.

It is about a scum bag who is constantly in the news over deceit actions that he was involved in or over saw when they happened.

It is over a man who claims he is smart and the only thing this guy can remember to say during the
Rahn trial is, I don't recall and don't remember.

Numerous politicians over the past few years who been caught in scandals of equal or less than our Town Supervisor did the right thing by resigning but he doesn't get it;
We do care and we demand his resignation, he will be doing his Republican Party a huge benefit by doing it before Tuesday night and if he doesn't than I don't think the people of Greece are going to be so forgiving when elections come up again for any race.

By the way, your not caring statement was the first one that I read so far and believe you could easily be on your own with that opinion, (with the exception of Augie).

I guess we know where their priority's are.

Scats, just got done reading all of these post and WOW! Is there going to be some kind of riot action at the Town Hall Tuesday night.
I was planning on attending the meeting and then one of my friends told me to check this site out.
Can't say I agree with why your town puts up with a super like this guy but maybe we are fortunate to be living is a smaller town in MC.
Maybe this is what is needed. So who is the leading this movement on Town Hall, you, Mr. Neusatz or Mr. Male? Isn't he the guy that spoke up over Auberger after the Rahn trial, (a juror).
I will be there, maybe I will end up being cuffed with the rest of you. I will need to put my lawyer on speed dial. I surely like it if Mr. Parinello was there.

Anonymous said...

So why is anyone wanting to go too this meeting anyways? It is a waste of time to move on that sleeze ball Auberger. You all obviously all have some kind of agenda by showing up.

Auberger is not going to resign, he is obviously got something else in mind that would screw up his plans if he admits any wrong doing by quiting.

Maybe he will run for the next School Super once his term is up. You know it is no chump change taking that job on.

Anonymous said...

Okay got to know something about Post:

This Mr. Male who comments, who is he and what is he running for or is he just a concern citizen with morales and standards? Or does he just have issues with Mr. Auberger? What is his interest in this matter. Sounds to be like he is going to be a target for GPD!

Mr. Male, good luck but there is a saying, you can't fight city hall and sounds like you are trying to do this.

BE A SUPERVISOR SUPPORTER!

To facilitate fairness we have assembled a team of have assembled a team of forcibly retired massage parlor maidens and RPD girlfriends who are laboring feverishly to attach a basket of well used and now highly sanitized athletic supporters to pool noodles we found at the curb.

These Supervisor support symbols can be used to counter sign waving AugieBgone signs at the coming demonstration. We have had an engineer and a retired cop known to be a Democrat test the demonstration device and certify it not weapon grade.

Support your supervisor. The kit also includes a official looking Greece Deputy Dog Catcher fake badge you can stick to your outer garment. Do your part to save your supervisor from those who want to neuter him.

You can pick your demonstration device up at the former GPD Substation on Fetzner Rd Tuesday between Noon and 6pm.

Show the weenies you're a Supervisor Supporter!

To 12:24AM ~~ Riot action? No one is proposing anything of the sort! Asking people to show up, speak up during the forum and bring signs isn't "riot action" as far as I'm aware.

To 12:51AM ~~ Seriously? Gimme a break lol

Yes, Auggie could more than double his salary by becoming supt. but then he might never pass the background checks.

SCATS said...

To 1:07AM ~~ He was a juror at the Rahn trial who spoke out after the trial ended, along with several other jurors. He is NOT seeking office, unfortunately. I really don't think Chief Todd is interested in trying to save Auggie's neck at the risk of doing harm to what he's accomplished since coming to GPD. Soon (but not soon enough) Auberger will be history regardless, but Baxter will still be wanting to be chief ;)

I really don't think Mr. Male, or anyone else planning to assemble Tuesday night, needs the advice of folks like you who sound as if you are threatening him and his right to assemble and speak out at an open forum should he and/or they choose to do so ;)

To 1:12AM ~~ That's hysterical! Please bring extras for folks like 1:07AM ;) lol :)

Comon SCATS, Da Hairburger would be a shoein at GCSD. After all he took Joanne off their payroll and put her on the Town payroll to annoy Mike Bonanza.

Far as passing tests, he might have trouble passing the HairClub 4 Men entrance exam, and we're waiting for the lab on his Wasserman, but he could pass the rest, and he certainly has a Certificate of Pubic Administration.

Roger Rabbit would hire Hairburger in a NY minute. Plenty of favors to call in from Hairburger's side of the table, and he does have that special checkbook in the desk drawer to cover things like cars wrecked by drunk sons of high ranking Republicans driving Town owned vehicles.

I was reading the D and C article on the highest paid public servants very interesting. What was even more interesting was the mention of the Sergeant who was demoted who tried to spike the Joseph accident investigation was one of the top wage earners for the GPD. Wait a minute this guy is demoted for not or not knowing how to do his job and is one of the top wage earners in his department. Augie you got some splaining to do. Oh and we cant train assessors any other place than Lake Placid wasup wi dat.

I see that Auberger is going to be in the hot seat tonight. I hope they fire him or make him resign at this special meeting.

Scats, thanks much for all your input and having this blog. It more than likely played a big role for tonights meeting. Your blog is a great insight to the Greece Residents and love it.

Mr. Male, you too should be honored in knowing that your opinions were heard. You too should be given credit for this special meeting. We need more people to speak up like you have. You should run for office but rather you be a Democrat!! Not everything is perfect but you could switch parties.

Mr. Neusatz, our prayers go out to you and your family. It must of been a truly hard decision to do that interview. God Bless You!

A single man having an affair with an another adult who feels her marriage is on the rocks happens all the time. While I don't condone it we would be firing a number of people possibly some of these bloggers. If you're going to have this meeting you should also get to the bottom of why 6 policemen in the town made over $130k last year and I don't want to hear it is overtime. That in itself is cause for concern that the over-site of the town is not being governed for the taxpayer. I would like to see a complete review of the town bureaucracy.

SCATS said...

To 6:24PM ~~ If you think this is about an affair then I guess you JUST tuned in! Please go back through the archives of this BLOG and read all about Auberger's other troubles, scandals & corrupted behaviors.

Lets look at the rich 6 of GPD, Phatlan and Chaterdum were big contributors to Augie as well as heavily involved in getting rid of their uncle Merrit. How about Downs, wasn't he the one that blew uncle Merrit in for the shredding and testified to all his other wrong doing. The only thing is Downs forgot to talk about his own troubles. Apparently he likes to go to the movies with his friend that got caught taking gas, I also believe he has a problem with young girls and narrowly escaped jail, next PIGnato we will be paying for. In addition to the outrageous salaries they were paid, they were rewarded with promotions. Then you have the crown jewl, Schamerhorny, I can not figure out how he is still there and was demoted to lower pay rate but still made that much money. It is disgusting and shameful, instead of asking for Augie to leave we should be asking for a real investigation to look at this mess, Instead the town will bring in another hired gun to tell us they cleaned the town up. How much and how long are we going to stand for this without demanding the DA or Attorney General come in and look at everything, including the million dollar Losersynskys investigation. I think if we did we would need more jails for how many are involved.

Tonights special session of the Town Board was brought about by Auberger himself. No way would the present board members call a meeting witout his say so. They do not have enough back bone to initate a meeting of that sort. they are his rubber stamp.
We know the outcome already of the attorney's report; Johnnie did nothing wrong. Surprise! Surpise!
Mean while we the tax payers will pay another attorney while Johnnie gets closer to securing his lavish retirement benefits.
Questions from Sundays news article; why did Auberger meet with the husband at town hall? This was not town business but personal.
The Attorney that was with Auberger at the time is a part of the team that is contracted by the town for town business did we the tax payers pay for him to represent Auberger on this personal matter?
Chief Baxter watch out because Auberger will make someone the fall guy.
We as adults must stand up for what is right. Letting this Auberger continue as our supervisor gives a very poor message about our own character, values and belidfs.
Our children our watching.
