Thank you for posting this Scats. He was a very special friend.
I could go on and on about his military record but my memories of Ralph are best summed up in 2 words

HONESTY and INTEGRITY

I am a better man for having known him.

To Charlie ~~ Ralph Bleier was one of the most honorable men I've ever met.

Loved Ralph and his wife. Both were very fine people. Ralph had the integrity we seem to associate with all World War II veterans.
I personally feel a loss with Ralph's passing.

Ralph Bleier did more to keep Greece CSD administrators honest than almost anyone else that I know. I rather enjoyed watching him pouring through PO's in the business office as nervous administrators paced the hallways.

Rest in Peace, Ralph.
