To 2:53PM ~~ You're welcome :)

Interesting reading. But why are there only about 8 per week described when over 40 burglaries or larcenies occurred according to the headings. Were those the worst?
It would be good to know where all the burglaries and thefts took place.

I agree, 11:32.

once again scats, you're way ahead of the
D & C. This time re: Crime Reports.org.
See today's edition. Someone in GPD
must be reading this

To 7:50AM ~~ It's not hard to be ahead of the D&C when most all of the small amount of "news" they actually print is 3+ days old. But I thank you for noticing :)

FYI, Meaghan McDermott scours SCATS for ideas to use and never attributes them. Nice huh? She won't even respond to an email.

And yet it frosts my nads to some degree that Baxter is claiming credit and declaring GPD is "innovating", especially
considering the idea to use CrimeReports.org was posted here quite some time ago, and that some Police Departments have been using GIS for years now.

To 11:16AM ~~ I share your frustration, but I long ago accepted the fact that ANYTHING GOOD that ever comes from this BLOG will never be given credit where that credit is due. But that's OK. More people are realizing the impact of SCATS as time goes along ;)
