GCSD & Tetra-Tech To Try Mediation

The Greece Central School District and Tetra-Tech Architects & Engineers (formerly Thomas Associates) have agreed to try to resolve their differences through non-binding mediation. GCSD sued Tetra-Tech for construction issues that led to the emergency closures and repairs at 13 schools in 2008. (D&C)

I sure hope that Laura Purcell is not the attorney for the District. She seems to screw everything up and we might end up paying them instead of them paying us! We need to really get rid of Larua P. and Harris Beach. She is only in it for a paycheck and doesn't really care what the outcome is as long as she gets paid.

When we came in in 2005 one the items at the top of the list was to get rid of Harris/Beach. A big part of the reason was the handleing of the CIP.
In July of 2008 the board voted to bring Harris/Beach back.

You make the call!!
