So Much For Truth In Advertising ...

Online ad touts "renovated" Northgate Plaza with misleading and/or old information
despite claim it was last updated 8/20/10.

Look at this interesting ad for retail space at northgate. Read down about the recent remodeling and parking lot improvements. Is this truth in advertising? This is a current listing.

The ad claims: "Northgate Plaza is strategically located in the Rochester suburb of Greece, New York directly off one of Rochester's major thoroughfares, NYS Route 390, bringing over 33,900 cars daily. The center has recently completed a total renovation with a new roof, facade, and parking lot.

Nearby businesses include the home office of Eastman Kodak, Rochester's largest employer."

SCATS ~~ With a whiz-bang PR job like this, no wonder that plaza has remained empty for 10+ years ... despite being a "Power Center!"

What is that picture? Is that the fantasy picture of the completed project? There is no evidence or disclosure of the Walmart. Isn't the Walmart supposed to be a selling point for adjacent lease prospects?

To 2:13PM ~~ Ahhhh, so it wasn't my vision failing me! I wonder how Walmart would view their absence from that photo ...?
