That sounds great for families. And it's good it is being held there with the dog park and all. Although your pet has to be registered. Here is a link with more info:

Looking forward to it. Thanks for putting the picnic here so we can plan.

How the heck does one land helicopters in a park? Or are they towing it in on a trailer?

To 2:11AM ~~ I think this is a two-fer. The trees get trimmed as a bonus ;)

There is a very wide open space near Millennium Lodge (entrance off Elmgrove Rd.) I suspect they will use that area.

Silly people!

To 6:15AM ~~ No sense of humor?

To the author of the arrogant comment about neighborhood watch groups ~~ What is the contact info for verification of your contentions? You claim "stepping up and participating has some advantages." Like what? FYI, Greece has no active neighborhood watch groups. That fact was a topic brought forth during the campaigns for Town Supervisor and for Town Board last Fall. How much is our town (Greece) spending on this circus? Will Loszynski attend as ringmaster?

Who is footing the bill for this??? Transporting helicopters and horses is expensive!!! What about pay for all of the duty time involved by participants?????? Who can we FOIL for the info on cost, Scats?

Who is the group or person responsible for this event? If there are any accidents which insurance policy will cover it? Did they take out a special rider for this event? If not we could be sued for any accidents. Are the many law enforcement personnel working for free or are they working overtime? If they are hurt will we be liable for the doctor's bill or will it go to workmen's comp?

To 12:38 & 3:55 PM ~~ Both of you ask some on point questions. I doubt that anyone in law enforcement is "volunteering" their time to participate. I don't think their union will allow it.
