Tying Up Some Loose Ends ...

WHEC-TV reports that Federal Court Judge Michael Telesca dismissed three counts of a seven-count civil lawsuit brought against the Town of the Greece & former Greece Police Sergeant Nick Joseph.

It looks like the case of the shredded documents will be a big part of her case. That was not dismissed and will be heard in court. We will finally hear testimony about that unless they settle. Let's hope they do not settle and we will hear about this in court.
It looks like only the police department of Greece was dismissed as an entity because it is part of the "town of Greece". The case against the town and the Joseph brothers and the various employees of the town and individual police that knew about Nick's previous actions and tried to shred them may be held accountable at least regarding this case.
