More Scandal To Come From GPD?

Now's the time for the Police Union head to come forward with the letter that was delivered to AUBERGER before Pignato was hired stating that the UNION was NOT endorsing the hiring of Pignato, and that they told Auberger that if HE hired him, anything that would occur would be on AUBERGER'S HANDS.

The memo is out there. Bring it on. This whole hiring thing WAS AUBERGERS doing. Rahn is no saint, but he was taught by the MASTER AUBERGER, who worked for the best of the beast - Jim Smith, Steve (oops, is it a suicide?) Minarik and company.

The mini mafia running the county has shifted, but some of the main players still remain, and appear to be exonerated by a fixed judicial system on a daily basis. Robutrad, Andrew Moore, Jim Smith, John Auberger. The only thing more disgusting is that the taxpayers in Greece PAID for Loczynski to help perform the cover-up AND reelected this mini-mafia boss man in the process.

BRING ON THE UNION LETTER AND GET SOME OF THESE FORMER OFFICERS TO TESTIFY. The rest of the cops on the beat were just as culpable in allowing the law to be broken every single day. And they are STILL defending you today.

That should make you sleep well at night!   4/13/2010 9:10 AM

SCATS ~~ With all of the money spent on the internal investigation & these trials I'm really disappointed to know that: 1) - We'll probably NEVER know how Nick Joseph got home; 2) - We'll probably never have clarity about the role of politics and John Auberger's involvement; and most worrisome is 3) - if it hadn't been for Nick Joseph getting coked-up & drunk before plowing into the rearend of a disabled vehicle late one night, Merritt Rahn would STILL BE POLICE CHIEF IN GREECE at this very moment in time!

THANK YOU, NICK JOSEPH!
The Greece community owes you a debt of gratitude for uncovering so much evil in our midst!

That officer already testified.

To 2:03PM ~~ Does that mean he can't be recalled to the stand?

I am not too sure, but I think witnesses can be reexamined later in a trial. I thought that was going to be brought up at the trial based on what I heard and it is unfortunate if it was not.

I don't think I'd go as far as "thanking" Nick Joseph. He was just as much a part of the "evil" as the rest of them. Perhaps thanking him for being the catalyst of cracking open "Auberger's (Pandora's) Box would be more appropriate.

You've still got a lot of corruption running this town.

Anyone can be recalled to the stand.

2:03 which officer?

To 3:24PM ~~ The point is, without his stupidity, arrogance and disregard for the law and other people, Rahn, Ball, Mackin, Trowbridge, Joseph and probably even Pignato would still be wearing badges and Auberger would still be ruling the roost over all of them. I think Greece should declare the anniversary date of Joseph's accident (June 7th?) as a special holiday and celebrate it with some sort of religious cleansing conducted in the Town Board meeting room with GPD brass required to attend and Auberger the first to "come clean."

To 2:08PM ~~ Maybe it was brought up. We're at the mercy of the media to tell us about this stuff. If they choose not to, we'll never know :( Anyone want to FOIL the transcripts? :)

That officer is Trowbridge. The same liar who has cut a deal to avoid his own felony prosecution.

But there is more than one...copy of the memo that is.

from Breen:

# Trow admitted that he didn't incl why Pignato was fired from RPD, but not b/c Rahn told him to. 22 minutes ago

# Trow said he was told not to contact (then Chief) Bob Duffy about Pignato bkgd check. But he called him twice anyway. 24 minutes ago

So I hope Parinello picks up on the fact that Trowbridge does what he WANTS - not what he's told, unless it's Auberger doing the asking!

To 3:47PM ~~ Now, now. You gotta know someone will complain that you are name-calling which remains to be seen until after Trowbridge's trial ends (if he ever even goes to trial).

If you have a copy of the memo, why not email it to me & I'll post it? ;)

No wonder they were shredding. How much was lost in that?

SCATS said...

To 6:34PM ~~ You raise yet another great question. We're paying tons of $$ to Loszynski but we've gotten no answers to the most basic of questions like what were the documents that were shredded, were they able to reconstruct any/many of them in whole or in part, etc? Just like how Joseph got home, I'd expect some ANSWERS for the $700,000 invested in this ongoing cover-up!

Trowbridge did not write the memo and was not head of the police union at this time or at any time.

SCATS said...

To 7:07PM ~~ I don't believe that anyone suggested that Trowbridge was the union head or authored the memo. Things are getting rather muddled in that the media is reporting on some testimony from people they haven't specifically mentioned by name.

Just wait, the Defense hasn't yet put up their case. Hopefully they will put a case on, and a number of things just might become public record.

Sure would be fun to haul up all the rolls and disciplinarys when Rahn commanded Goodman for RPD, and Joseph & Piglet worked for him. Back then Rahn wanted Piglet out of his command.

Piglet's hiring at GPD comes from above Hairburger's office. Contrary to what the public believes Hairburger answers to people.

Also remember Hairburger used to play hide the salami with a high office holder, and when he learned that office holder got paid to campaign for Pretend Sheriff OFlibber Hairburger wanted to get paid to campaign for the Irish clown in Greece. When Hairburger was told work free he sat on his can and did nothing for OFlibber. That cost Hairburger plenty, including the seat he wanted at the Water Authority so he could leave Greece before the brown stuff hit the fan.

The shredded material from the PD dumpster was taken by the cowboys in gray costumes. There is an evidenciary question abut their right to take that material. Even though it was in a dumpster, said dumpster was on Town Property, and under the care, custody & control of the Chief of Police. Even if the shreddings are pasted back together, they well may be fruit of a poisonous tree. That bodes well for Rahn & Hairburger.

The Rahn-Hairburger-Cook triangle holds some very interesting stories. Cook is supposedly retired, but he still holds a lot of favors he can call. Rahn was his boy for years, and Cook may leave Hairburger to dangle and save Rahn, or he may just leave both dangling. Cook may also be the person who siad Piglet came to work at Greece.

This little clusterfugi is worse than a backlashed fishing reel. Old aliances are either going to hold for self protection, or they will come undone like an earthquake.

Right now the only bet anyone will make on the Rahn trial is that it may contain the most uses of the answer "I don't remember" than any other trial in Monroe County. Hell all of these guys carry dayplanners so they can keep track of favors and misrepresentations. I bet none of them remember where they put those books.

No one said Trowbridge was head of the union or wrote that letter.

The question was - who had a copy of it.

Read carefully grasshoppers!

To 9:55PM ~~ I think I already stated the first part of your comment. As to who had a copy, the other part of that question is how many copies are floating around?

SCATS said...

To 9:35PM ~~ I agree about waiting for the defense to put on their case. It will be most interesting to see whether or not Rahn takes the stand, and if he does, what he says.
