Where Is Loszynski's Report On The GPD?

John Auberger, the Greece community is waiting for this promised report. You told us it would be completed by the end of January. You also promised to share the findings. Your track record for saying what you mean & meaning what you say on this topic has been totally unreliable.

How much longer will Joseph Loszynski be sucking off the teat of the town's taxpayers? What is the total cost to the community? Speak up, John! We can't hear you!

Johnboy has no intention of letting the rest of us in on what's really happened in the police department. He's afraid we might think he is to blame. Oh yeah........he IS to blame!

Come on now. He got re-elected so it will be business as usual. You will be told what he wants you to here, not the truth of course. But, what he wants you to here.

foia

To 9:21AM ~~ What the heck is "foia?" Did you mean FOIL it? If you did, then I must respond that Auberger told us he would share that report with the community. We paid for it. I know he's hoping it all just goes away. Happily, I'm here to continue to remind him :)

Don't expect anyone from Town Hall to speak on any matters. They don't have to care about the residents of Greece they were re-elected. Rumour has it they won't be at that neighborhood meeting either even though they appear on the agenda.

As you probably know "foia" is the "freedom of information act" the united state law from which the foil or freedom of information law of each state is modeled. When you want to get documents from the federal government such as fbi or other departments you have to make the request from the agency and use the foia. Maybe the person that wrote that was suggesting that? Anyway we could make a request for documents under our usual foil of ny relating to the investigation by Mr L and see what comes up. The supervisor did promise that we would be kept informed about the investigation, but since he is not doing that and seems to be keeping Mr L around as a contract employee indefinitely, we should start digging.
Maybe he is keeping him here to spy on the new police chief and make sure no dirty secrets get out that might be traced to the supervisor.

To 12:52PM ~~ Well RJ, that wasn't "rumor." The newsletter for NGN states that: "Note: As of press time we were informed there may be a
schedule conflict for Gary’s time. We hope an alternate
presenter can be identified. Let’s hope for the best."

To 1:48PM ~~ I'm familar with FOIL but have never seen it referred to as "foia" before. Thanks for clarifying. As far as Loszynski is concerned, I've stated several times before that like our other "directors," he should have a name plate made and be seated during Town Board meetings with all our other directors ;)

Has anyone called the supervisors office to ask when the report is going to be released?

SCATS said...

To 2:50PM ~~ Do you really believe that our "closed, clubby & corrupt" govt would respond to that with a specific answer? Auberger already stated publicly that it would be completed by the end of January. Of course, this is the same guy who told us Loszynski would be wrapping up his investigation by Labor Day weekend ... back in 2009!

Can we impeach auberger

To 5:25PM ~~ For dereliction of duty? We should be used to that by now ;)

FYI Baxter has been advised not to talk to any neighborhood or community groups as per Auberger. Apparently Town Hall is planning some big community wide meeting and wants to introduce him at that time. So that NGN or Anti Walmart organization is left out in the cold thanks to Auggie. Guess he isn't too happy with NGN.

I know he's supposed to be at the next big AARP meeting in March. Seniors get to test drive him maybe? I just want to know if they told him how Nick Joseph got home.

"FYI Baxter has been advised not to talk to any neighborhood or community groups as per Auberger."

As always with many commenters on this site, we as residents must ask for proof to accusations like this.

So I politely ask, where did you hear this? Thanks.

To 6:47PM ~~ I can imagine that Auberger would want to "punish" that group. Afterall, they permitted people to ask him some really tough questions at that candidate's forum last fall ;)

To 8:22PM ~~ Since AARP's next meeting isn't for another 4 weeks, maybe that comes after Auberger's official "unveiling."

To 10:35AM ~~ While I can't respond specifically to the statement you quoted, I am personally aware that he declined to meet with one small group when asked. I've verified that he is tentatively scheduled to meet with the Greece AARP group March 19th, but that's a full month away. I was informed that although the Northgate Neighbors Group had invited him to their meeting this upcoming week, his attendance became "iffy" as soon as they printed the newsletter with the announcement. If Auberger did advise him to avoid such groups, do you honestly think anyone would come right out and say that?

"If Auberger did advise him to avoid such groups, do you honestly think anyone would come right out and say that?"

Did he (Auberger) or didn't he? Or don't you and the previous commenter know it to be fact? I do sincerely appreciate your IF comment as acknowledgement that none of this is derived from actual truth.

What was the group that he "declined" to meet with and what were the reasons given for the "declination" since you know the details.

To 11:40AM ~~ I bet you believe our Supt. is actually "retiring" too! What color was your Kool-Aid? Have they switched from the purple to the green yet?

The small group I referred to is not "open" to community participation, so you really aren't entitled to the details on that. No reason was given.

SCATS, can you ever simply aswer a question instead of making insensitive and insulting remarks?

BTW, I can't believe you of all people are involved with a secret, closed and clubby group!

Say it aint so SCATS!!!

SCATS said...

To 8:53AM ~~ Can I ever just answer a question? Absolutely! See? I JUST did it :)

There's nothing "secret" at all about the aforementioned group. "Closed" in the sense that some similar experiences drew them together is my understanding. Clubby? Maybe, I really don't know that much about them.

Since when did awareness equate with involvement?

Anonymous said...

Can you even mention the name of the group, if they have one? Or is that forbidden according to their secret rules? Is it the Masons? Skull & Bones? Dead Poet Society?

SCATS said...

To 10:56AM ~~ Do you realize how nosey you sound? In fact, you remind me of the people who answer the phones at Town Hall ... "What is your name? Your address? Your phone number? Why are you asking this question? What size shoes do you wear? Are you Republican? ... "

It's the Men In Black. ;)

To 4:47PM ~~ More like "The Men With Bags Over Their Heads" :)
