DA says case will go to Grand Jury Within A Month

SCATS ~~ After nearly a month, they still don't know if Paul Miller fired his gun? Something is wrong with this picture.

Can't they tell if he fired a shot by examining the gun he was holding?

To 1:20PM ~~ What is GPR? I've only heard of that as Ground Penetrating Radar. I'm sure you are thinking of a different test.
