MAYBE THE BEST POLITICAL CARTOON EVER!

"I keep thinking we should include something in the
Constitution in case the people elect a moron."

The safeguard is already there. It's called the Electoral College. We vote for them and they vote for the President. Golly, don't you people know anything? I should be Superintendent.

Modern history has shown that the Electoral College is a farce (like saying you hire only the "best and brightest" and yet being in the bottom third when compared to your school-peers on state tests).

Maybe they could just fail to renew his contract.

Did anyone ever wonder why our Superintendent fialed? Could it be because Steve Walts left his "kronies" on the third floor? I believe that his hands have been tied since he arrived. The new Super will need to clean house. Ann Mitchell, Deb Hoeft, Don Nadolinski, Carol Pallas, and Kim O'Connor need to go before anything in our District will ever change. They are left from Walts and are the biggest part of the problem. Without them there, I wonder if our Super would have been more successful? Let's clean house and start with a fresh slate when the new Super is hired. Maybe then things will change for the better in GCSD!

To 12:08PM ~~ This is Greece ... the Capitol of Complacency. We allow corrupt cops to remain and we will also allow corrupt GCSD employees to remain. Then we will wonder why nothing ever really changes ...

So how do we go about getting rid of the third floor and starting a new? Is the BOE up to the task? Can they do it?

If what you are asking for is the board or super to make a decission without a study or a committee?
Come on!!!!

To 2:19PM ~~ Could they do it? Yes. Will they do it, very unlikely. If it were somerthing that appealed to them, it's likely it would already be done.

Is the BOE up to the task? I am not sure. When Dave F. was elected to the BOE, I would have said "yes" but now I am not so sure. He seemed like a logical guy who could see the BS that was put before him and make a decision about it. He seems to have forgot about logic and started "drinking the water".

It would be a step in the right direction to have the BOE start questioning information that was brought to them. They should not need to have a committe or a study group to tell them what is right in front of them.

The whole third floor is corrupt. Until they are gone, our District will never change!

To 9:09AM ~~ I agree. I'm very disappointed by Dave's silence on so many issues.
