depressing

It must not have happened cause there is no crime in Greece

This street meets Dewey Ave just across from the St Joseph Villa property and 2 blocks north of the gang activity at Dewey Stone. The street extends from there to the Barnard Exempts party house property. It could have happened in front of a house or at the exempts field. Or it could have been domestic. Terrible that a child is stabbed.

To 5:40PM ~~ Based on the news report, there is no reason to believe it was "domestic." Sounds a lot more like an after school type teen fight.

Scats, sounds right. Off the bus ambush, planned, bully, gang?? And was the adult 18 or older? Will we ever find out. And how will the other parents protect their children?

To 7:40PM ~~ Will we ever find out? Not likely. Remember, this is Greece ... AKA "Closed, clubby & corrupt." And where our reporter probably wouldn't find this story interesting ... and even if she did, she won't ask any hard questions. Todd Baxter is our ONLY hope ... and he doesn't start for a few weeks yet :(

Gangs in Greece? You are joking right? I tried to tell this to an administrator 7-8 years ago and was laughed at!

Unfortunately, it looks like I was right.

Looks like our new police chief has his work cut out for him. This will be a true test to see if he was the right choice. Clean up this town before it is too late!

The fight happened at Castleford and Pomonoa and 2 kids were taken to the hospital.

To 9:20AM ~~ Yes, and the second person's wounds are considered less serious. Two people were taken into custody, too. The second was a juvenile female.

Looks like the D&C doesn't want anyone reading comments on this story. It said there were 7 comments but wouldn't open them to read when I clicked on the icon. So I went to a different section (towns) and tried from there. It said there were 5 comments, but they wouldn't open. So I logged on with my username. Then it showed only 3 comments, but still wouldn't let me read them. Same with with the heliport story for Unity. Because of sneaky stuff like that, people turn to blogs like this.

The victim is still in serious condition with a collapsed lung. I saw the comments before they were deleted, 12:20. Someone was blaming the Cervini kids. It didn't explain why.
