DA Offers Greece Teacher Plea Deal

 
Judge Valentino ruled there is enough evidence to go forward in the Jeffrey Hoffman rape case.

If he pleads guilty to the most serious charge of committing a second-degree criminal sex act, he will get no more than 7 yrs. in jail.

I wonder if he can make a plea deal and serve instead as Superintendent? That should shake things up a bit.

What happened to that older teacher that was suspect with another girl (not at school) and maybe a relative? Over 6 months ago??

That was at Westridge elementary and the girl supposedly was not a student at the school. Yes what did happen with that?

As is usually the case, the girl in the Westridge case completely recanted her accusations. Also, as is usually the case, another fine reputation was ruined!

To 1:37PM ~~ If that's true (and it may well be true), why wasn't it publicized? Why wouldn't that wronged employee be screaming from the top of the town to get the record set straight?
