Who Sent This Letter?

I'm told that this letter "went out to all registered Republicans in the Town, it went to the Monroe County Board of Elections (both Democrat and Republican) as well as Monroe County Democratic Headquarters and Monroe County Republican Headquarters. It did not come from Maloney's election committee." Apparently, there was no signature and no return address on the letter.

Here's the start of the letter. The rest of it is continued in the "Comments" section due to space considerations.

The campaign manager for John Auberger has certainly designed a variety of colorful postcards. John Auberger sitting with two people at a table, topped with tea and crumpets. Another, a photo of John Auberger with the Elliott Ness look. These political campaigning postcards were somewhat catchy, however, the written content was boring and redundant. The unusual overuse of John Auberger's statement, "Merritt Rahn will never wear the uniform again" seems quite strange. Now Kirk Morris is chanting it. We understand. Every single Greece resident is fully aware of all allegations printed on those postcards. Every bit of information has been public knowledge for several months now. It strikes us Greece residents as very disheartening to see how John Auberger is using GPD issues to politically sell himself to Town of Greece residents. Is it really any surprise though? Recently, John Auberger has jumped on a brand new bandwagon- Dan Maloney, union boss ... So? Why does John Auberger continually try to deflect attention/blame onto others? Frightening to think that this man has been in his position for years. Of course, we must take into consideration; John Auberger sadly fell into the position by running unopposed.

One of John Auberger's postcards had large font letters, FACT on it. The residents of
Greece would prefer and think it only fair, to wait for the FACTS. FACTS can only be
determined after all evidence and all testimony have been presented during trial
proceedings (assuming allegations as fact at this point, would be dangerous). Our legal
system was purposely designed for that reason. Until then, it only stands to reason that
the Town of Greece residents will keep an open mind. All letters and postcards sent out
by John Auberger are nothing other than persuasive attempts, created by dramatic appeal
to influence the citizens of Greece to vote a certain way on November 3rd• Political
campaigning in this manner glows with desperation. Essentially, a very poor attempt to
present himself as Greece's "knight in shining armor".

FACT: EACH AND EVERY TOWN OF GREECE RESIDENT DESERVES THE
RIGHT TO KNOW JOHN AUBERGER'S ROLE AND INVOLVEMENT, NOT ONLY
IN THE HIRING OF NICK JOSEPH AND GARY PIGNATO, BUT ALL
UNETHICAL/QUESTIONABLE ACTIVITY AND WRONGDOING, surrounding him,
Town Board members and Town Hall employees. Greece residents expect a better
answer than, "I do not recall sitting in John Parrinello's office with Gary Pignato
discussing my decision to hire". The residents of Greece will be satisfied only after a full
investigation has been conducted under the direction of State Attorney General Andrew
Cuomo. An appointee by Cuomo would guarantee trusted results. The Town of Greece
residents are disappointed at the very limited scope of the recent investigation. Only
through a full investigation, including John Auberger, can the Town of Greece residents
be assured that a complete, UNBIASED investigation will yield results that are 100%,
not 50% as it stands now. The partial investigation has only revealed partial information.
The need to expand the scope of the investigation is the only way for the citizens of
Greece to be completely, accurately and fully informed. No one is contesting the
possibility that wrongdoing may have occurred within GPD, but this one sided, onedimensional
investigation leaves the citizens in the dark as to the "real story" in its
entirety.

(Part three)
FACT: Square one, John Auberger hired an investigator to look into the Nick Joseph
accident, claiming that something had been covered up. Both Merritt Rahn and John
Auberger agreed that an investigation was warranted. John Auberger not only hired a socalled
"independent" investigator, but also assigned this investigator to his new position
as Greece Public Safety Director and agreed to pay him a very hefty salary. Result: Nick
Joseph was convicted and is serving time in prison. John Auberger directs the
"independent" investigator to look deeper, commence a "witch-hunt" style investigation.
Weeks and weeks go by, weeks turn into months, an ASTRONOMICAL amount of
money is being spent. As the 6-month mark approaches, we have learned of allegations
centered only on GPD. In fact, many of these allegations were from years ago; some
were even investigated and closed years ago. Until this partial investigation opens up to a
full investigation, which shall include John Auberger, Town of Greece residents have no
other choice but to consider everything they have learned through media as supposition
and allegation. In the words of Mr. Tom Cook (head of the Conservative Party- major
backer of John Auberger), "If you do not read the newspaper you are uninformed, if you
read the Democrat and Chronicle you are misinformed. So, the well over $380,000
dollars spent (several investigator's salaries, who are provided with vehicles, lodging,
food etc ... ) has only revealed bits and pieces of an investigation. "The dog who enjoys
the benefits of a tasty biscuit never bites the hand of the feeder".

So, John Auberger's letters and postcards clearly answer the rhetorical questions. Did
John Auberger purposely arrange an investigation limited to GPD before the election?
Did he orchestrate the entire procedure by making it very clear to "his" investigators what
he wanted? The obviousness of John Auberger's moves is quite offensive. Please give
the Town of Greece residents much more credit for their intelligence.

(part 4)
There seems to be a great discrepancy between John Auberger's definition of
independent and the Town of Greece resident's definition of independent. Per the
postcards and letters, how does hiring someone from outside the area/out of town, qualify
them as "independent"? That statement by John Auberger makes zero sense. We all
know that one can hire another from across the world with the purpose of having that
person work directly for them. It is whom the person takes their orders from, who is in
fact, controlling the investigation. With that said, Joe Loszynski is far from
independent. Another misleading catch phrase that John Auberger has inappropriately
used on the public.

John Auberger's "well in advance", thought out plan, never included appointing Brian
Uhrmacher as permanent police chief, FACT. John Auberger knew exactly whom he
wanted in that position long before Loszynski showed up. Mike Cerretto?

The Town of Greece residents have questions about the quick resignation of Jerry
Santangelo- Highway Dept. Superintendent. Jim Smith. Charles Schwab. Merritt Rahn.
All employees who were under the direction of John Auberger.

John Auberger lacks leadership skills. That, he has proven. His unusual desire for power
overshadows his ability to fulfill his supervisory duties. The Town Board members have
duct tape over their mouths, not by choice. Recently, John Auberger has removed Public
Access Channel 12, denying the residents the ability and right to view Greece Town
Board meetings. Yes, residents can attend a board meeting at the Town Hall, but what
about the incapacitated, the elderly who are unable to drive? Or parents with young children who are unable to find a babysitter? John Auberger's need for power has corrupted his leadership professionalism. John Auberger is an inept figurehead who uses excuses. He tries to dodge responsibility by saying, "Not my job to micro-manage". What he is required to do is MANAGE. John Auberger's subtle intimidation to Town of
Greece employees to donate money to his political fund seems questionable. Donators
can be viewed online.

In comparison, Joe Robach models himself as a steadfast leader. He attends many local
functions and stays the majority of the time. He confidently speaks to the guests,
sometimes even telling personal stories, with a bit of humor. Joe Robach spends a great
deal of time in Albany, truly fighting for his people. On the other hand, John Auberger
shows up at functions, acts jittery, does his grandstanding, gives the same political
ramble, maybe stays for dinner, then jets out. Hard to believe John Auberger is a busier
man than our State Senator.

John Auberger's message to the public has scored in one area and one area only ... the
goal of every politician is to get re-elected. The wise voter is able to differentiate
between disingenuous motive and TRUTH.

Everybody knows the answer to this question. Is there a prize for getting the right answer?

The answer is the Riley family with the help of one V. Moyer.

Mystery solved.

To 9:21PM ~~ I don't "know" that. What evidence do you have to support that?

Anonymous said...

I will produce the evidence shortly. They have cameras at the post office. Did you know that? Inside and out.

Dumb, dumb, dumb!

SCATS said...

To 12:04AM ~~ Unless your camera is going to show someone named Riley holding up THIS LETTER, then stuffing it into envelopes and dropping them in the box or giving them to a clerk, those cameras will only show a person mailing letters. ALL OF US DO THAT ;)

I thought people didn't need to prove their accusations here. What changed SCATS?

SCATS said...

To 7:22AM ~~ Using a camera has nothing to do with proving something "here." I'm merely pointing out that this person's hopes that security cameras will prove what they thing happened is highly unlikely. In other words, the D&C won't be holding their presses ;)

SCATS, this letter didn't go out to ALL registered Republicans in the town. Only some of them got them. I know quite a bit of of my Republican friends did not receive this and when I asked it was the first they even heard about it. And that's a fact.

SCATS said...

To 10:30AM ~~ I have yet to find one of my Republican acquaintences who received this letter. So I'm wondering who the "target audience" was ...

So what if it is Riley? He is entitled to his opinion. He is also cautious. Even if it isn't him is there a problem with the letter? I am registered republican and haven't received that letter. We are all holding our breath and hoping the new people will take over.

Has anyone else been getting calls supposedly from a polling company. The lady sounded so sad when I said I would be voting for a democrat. "Oooooooh ....th-th-thank you. " she said. Are they checking up on us or is this how surveys are hiring their callers?

12:04am Are there cameras at every mailbox as well? They weren't necessarily mailed from a post office.
