Hope the hearings are video taped for those of us who have to work during the day. Would love to see it broadcast on Cable Channel 12.

Bye, bye Johnnie Boy.

that's why they want to shut down 12 so it can;t be seen

Is Teran the man or the woman?

@ 7:04 The man, Alexis is the driver and the mother, yet it is her mother the baby's grandmother that is suing on behalf of the baby, oh yeah and is the baby's gardian. I guess his ailments do not affect his sex life as they just had or are having another baby very soon.

Rahn hearing: Has time of day been established?

I bet they try to close it to the public

To 7:21AM ~~ Not that I've heard. In fact, allowing the public to watch hasn't been agreed to as yet.

To 9:43AM ~~ I suspect our Supervisor would like it so ;)

Rahn's hearing is open to the public I heard on tv,(but a time wasn't given yet). You have to figure reporters from all over will be there.

I never thought I'd hear myself rooting for Parrinello (for going after Auberger). There's always an October "surprise" when it comes to elections and Mr. P sounds like he's ready to deliver it.

Hate Auberger all you want but please don't cheer for Parinello. That's the problem these days, people will express support for a bad person just so they can get at someone else.

To Diane ~~ Having a public hearing has been requested. It's my understanding the town hasn't responded to that part of the request as yet.

From the D&C ~~"Rahn's attorney, John Parrinello, has said he intends to press for public hearings."

I hope he presses to get A-Pac too. I'm not sure that Town Hall can accomodate the teeming masses ;)
