Maybe he made a remark about how he's fed up with the reputation John Auberger has created for the Town of Greece?

My chicken wings ARE better than your cops! And my pizza is better than your Supervisor!

To 8:24AM ~~ Is that a tiny bit of hot sauce I see at the corner of your mouth?

The signs have been there for quite awhile but Auberger hasn't noticed. Change is in the wind. I hope it happens before Greece takes a turn so far for the worse that it can't be brought back from the edge.

Why isn't news like that in the regular newspaper on the front of the local section? That is indeed newsworthy as our kids might be looking for a part time job or we might want to moonlight? Not safe to deliver in Greece.
Thanks for posting this otherwise would never have known.
And with drive by shootings with bystander children hit and killed? Our city is fiercely violent and is very close.

Not so long ago, this kind of activity would have been headline news IN THE CITY! The fact it is happening in Greece is a sign that things are continuing to spiral downhill. Beware Greece residents! It's not safe to go out at night!

Just got the mail and there was the letter from John Auberger. Also a nice campaign flyer. This was separate but both had a return address of 241 Darrington Drive.
So the letter was campaign funded not town hall funded?
Close reading of the letter shows how carefully the pronouns changed from "I" to "we" depending on the statement.

To 1:46PM ~~ Were than any particular messages of import in the literature? Or was it just the run-of-the-mill campaign stuff?

It was all about blaming others, Rahn and Trowbridge, for hiring a couple of scumbags. An attempt at damage control. John must be hearing the heartbeat of Greece and gettin' a bit nervous!

It was very centered on the investigation and how the "facts" are that the supervisor had nothing to do with hiring the 2 and that it was police officers that are now gone that falsified the records. There is a link to his email which obviously is connected to a website
johnauberger.com

This website has no link to either the flyer or the letter. Just photo ops of renaming the post office and such. It would have been so easy to send it to the blog but it is not to be. Of course it links to the county republican site.

This has happened in Greece for years. Most if not all pizza shops that deliver have stopped doing so to English Village apts, now Orchard place Affinity ln maybe? or some new name. The name may have changed but I don't think the enviornment has.

SCATS said...

To Me ~~ I think I heard that before too. Maybe Holyoke Apts will be next ... ?

It is amazing that JA Jack (edit) didn't do his legal work before mailing.

First of all, he uses the name of Merritt Rahn, who is innocent until proven guilty on the criminal charges. With the prosecution of Rahn on this mailer prior to his court date, he has just become judge and jury. This will allow Rahn to sue the Town of Greece, and he probably just gave him a legal "out". Way to go Johnny boy.

Secondly, the other charges he discusses are of a personnel nature, and his "public" hearing on the internal disciplinary charges are still pending. Being that they are still a "personnel" matter, he just violated Rahn's rights yet again. Further setting up yet another civil case against the Town of Greece and now Jack (edit) in particular.

Jackie Boy rolled the dice in attempt to fool the elderly, and in doing so, just gave Parinello everything he needs.

So I guess Jack (edit) Auberger truly is incompetent and his lack of supervisory or even common sense skills are apparent in not only the mailer, but the state this town is in.
