This is sort of like a twist on the old which came first question ... the tocs report or the police report? It should be the tocs report if everything is on the up and up. But this is Greece so ........

But the question is who's tox reports? There is no way the the hospital is in on this. It is more likely that the other driver, was the connection and to keep it from snow BALLing they finished up teh report filed it and that was that. NO matter is Kenyon pulled in front of the SUV, if the driver of the SUV was drunk he should have been charged! Coffee

To 9:24PM ~~ If the test results weren't in yet and Ball filed the police report as the news reported, then he based his report on false information. We heard that the police report claimed Kenyon's BA was 0.0. Apparently, he pulled that number out of thin air.

This is a quote from Ball's attorney. If this is true then what happened?
“Brian’s role was accident reconstructionist” with the fatal accident, he said. ” … He wasn’t involved in the blood test.”

Does it mean that he filed without the blood test and said there was a blood test? Did he have knowledge that the blood came from another source? Did he change numbers on the report? Did he make up a false report? Why?
And don't toxicology reports take more than a few days time? Weeks even. And they show more than the levels of alcohol in the blood.

To 10:31PM ~~ Yes it sounds like he said he had results that weren't in his possession. He lied. He made it up. He falsified. He forged. There are many ways to state it and I've seen the media use all of the aforementioned terms since yesterday. He wrote in a police report that the BA on Kenyon was 0.0 BUT HAD NOTHING TO SUBSTANTIATE HIS CLAIM of that number at that time. That's my take on it :)
