Ball's Atty Expects Ball's Arrest On Monday

Charges not expected to be related to the document shredding incident.

"He was terminated, but we don't know why. It's hard to tell since the town is being very secretive. ... It's very frustrating ... He was never charged with that administratively." ~~ Jon Getz, atty for Brian Ball

SCATS ~~ Anyone want to bet that charges are likely to be related to Nick Joseph's background check?

Love the fish!!

Yes SCATS, Ball will be charged for helping Nick Joseph. I find it amusing he doesn't know what the charges will be. It looks like we have a couple more action packed weeks to go before the "fishing expedition" and "witch hunt" are complete. Keep up the good job!!!!

To 6:33PM ~~ It IS a work of art, isn't it? Would you believe, SCATS had over 5000 hits within one hour of posting that? No?? Neither would I !! :D

NO, sources predict it will have something to due with the death of a young girl years ago in Greece that involved a car accident up on the Ridge. The case was closed and the driver charged with failure to yield right of way only. We hear that it was one of over 256 cases that were reopened due to lack of investigative due diligence.

How about they reopen the case against Walts with due diligence?

Maybe someone with more than half a brain (or Loczynski, if he's reading this and can prove he's above the reach of Auberger) can investigate the accident with the Town Truck driven by then employee Bill Reilich's son that smashed into a woman's car and a payoff was made to shut her up.

Reilich's kid and Jerry Santangelo's (the former Greece head of the DPW who up and quit by leaving a note on his desk in the middle of the night)kid both were not only drinking/driving/smashing town vehicles, but also were "no show" employees who received hefty paychecks.

Rumor has it that Auberger forced him to quit so it wouldn't become political suicide for him.

It shouldn't be hard to trace the town records for truck repairs/trucks removed from service

Was that a case where a girl was killed by a car as she crossed Ridge rd at Stone? This was years ago with the old configuration of stone/ridge.
She was crossing properly and the motorist still hit her for whatever reason. Very sad.

To 7:44PM ~~ That many cases reopened by Loszynski??

Anonymous said...

How can Stone intersect with Ridge when it runs parallel?

SCATS said...

To 10:23PM ~~ From Mt. Read Blvd it curves southward and intersects Ridge Rd. Right near Perkins.

Yes that many cases and no its not the Stone Rd-the announcement in regard to the grand jury decision we think will come out on Monday-and Ball should be charged in our opinion

Tub and tan closings etc.....what ever happened to the video tapes that were made of local male Greece residents that were filmed at those places.........think they're still in the property room on Island Cottage?

These guys are working with the children in Greece in various capacities around town-including our schools.

Someone ought to look at the jester of North Greece and his affiliation with a few of these guys before he gets elected as a Legislator..and what his role was in helping them remain unexposed-well at least to the public. Who knows what those tapes showed in the privacy of the establishment. Oh yeah-the Greece Police know.

Yes right at "stoneridge plaza" area.

Who is the jester? The hairdresser?

Auberger and Loszynski's "detail" guys worked together to terminate Brian Ball. Ball's attorney claims they don't why Ball was fired. Who do these guys think they're kidding?

Did the Town of Greece leave itself open for a law suit?? An article 75 hearing lets the town fire civil service employees without holding a state hearing. Did Ball have his article 75 hearing? If he did, then Ball and his lawyer both already know why he was let go.

Who is telling the truth?? I'm holding my nose and betting on Auberger on this one.

To 8/22/2009 7:44 PM - It was already reported over a month ago that Ball and his attorny knew his background check work in the Nick Joseph case was a problem. SCATS blogged about it and rnews had a report on it. It seems you are telling us theres more. Well please don't hold back. Tell us the whole story.

it was the hair dresser, Nov. 2005. Ball really messed up that case. Everything he did on this case was false and seemed to be protecting the drivers if you ask me. This poor girl is now gone and Ball and the two drivers just lives their life's as nothing happened. Ball can't figure out what he did. He let two young men go. So now he should pay plus how many other accidents did he mess up. hopefully not many with young people who was killed. That is just not right. He needs to pay.
