Fret not, Greece will have crime again. The Police are just down a bit in manpower to take the reports.

Greece PD will pick up some new cops soon using the well known transferr process. I understand recruiting letters are already on the way to skilled cops across the country.
I'm sure one was sent to this Cop;
NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. --

A North Las Vegas police officer accused of misusing a department credit card could lose his job over less than $150.

Investigators said Benjamin Cordova, 39, used the stolen card to buy gas for his pickup truck. He was placed on paid administrative leave after his arrest this week on charges of credit card fraud.

Earlier this month, an officer inspecing a police cruiser noticed the department-issued gas card was missing. The officer who used the card denied making several purchases, and investigators said they traced the stolen card back to Cordova.

According to a police report, surveillance video at three gas stations showed Cordova using the card to fill up his own pickup truck .

The three transactions were for $46.60, $50.53 and $41.47. Police said Cordova later confessed to using the card illegally.

The real report was probably shredded.

Not sure if or who got hired last week, but here are two candidates to replace Piglet.
Neither should require any additional training.

The two cops accused of raping an intoxicated woman placed a fake 911 call in order to give themselves an excuse to return to her apartment and sexually assaulted her after having tended to her on two previous visits. According to the New York Post, prosecutors say that Kenneth Moreno and Franklin Mata (pictured) used a pay phone at First Avenue and East 13th Street to place a 911 call under the name "John Edward." In the call, they complained about a drunk homeless man whom they said was in front of a building two doors down from the victim's residence.

The pair knew that they would be the ones dispatched on the phony complaint and, after going through the motions of checking on it, then headed to the woman's building. There they entered with a key they had taken and covered their faces while passing the building's surveillance camera—only to be caught by a second camera unbeknownst to them.

It was during this visit that Moreno is accused of raping the victim while Mata served as a lookout. They were in the apartment for 34 minutes and are accused of later faking logbook entries of their whereabouts. The two cops, who pleaded not guilty, are awaiting trial after their indictment on Tuesday.

This POSITIVELY shows Piglet wasn't all that special. It also shows Greece isn't the only municipality to employ a certain class of people. Why didn't Maya Bloomberg know what his cops were doing and who they were raping?
