Auberger's Response To Seeing Himself In the Mirror:

"I don't think they realize the fact that running a government is very serious business and I think we take it serious. I think that the residents in the Town of Greece will see through their shenanigans."~~ John Auberger, after seeing his reflection

RNews.com

“We saw another closed door meeting, there's an appointee we have no information on, no knowledge of, but he's on a pre-approved agenda, making motions, approving motions, before he was even sworn in.” ~~ Dan Maloney, Dem. Supervisor candidate

WHAMNews

“I’m going to shine the mirror of accountability and responsibility on our local Town Board.” ~~ Brian Caterino, Educable

“I appear before you to protest ongoing blame-game that is being played out in town ... Now it’s political damage-control time.” ~~ Joe Moscato, Dem. Town Board candidate

My personal favorite media response to all of this is the D&C Greece BLOG today, titled Poker Face Shenanigans At Town Hall
Great job, RJ!!

SCATS ~~ Yes, John. It may be a "political stunt" (just like your yellow shirt-wearing supporters in the audience) but unlike many Town Board actions, it was executed in public :) Isn't yellow the color of ...? I'm sure you know.

Wasn't Rahn The councilman from Greece's side kick for years-the one Kirk Morris replaced?

hats up with him running for legislature after he announced he wouldn't run again because his term is up-is he being investigated as well?

also heard there is a news conference today at 2pm in regard to very big changes in the Greece deptartment today

To 1:06PM ~~ The D&C is reporting that Sgt. Brian Ball is now suspended WITHOUT pay, charges are forthcoming. Perhaps that's the reason for the press conference ...?

Are the democrats no longer interested in the cost of this investigation?

To 1:25PM ~~ Where did you get that idea? My calculator over-heated last time I tried to add up the salaries alone!

YES, Rahn and now Legisltator Antelli (who hates Nam Vets) are VERY friendly. Antelli even managed to get his wife on the County payroll so taxpayers could pay for the Antelli family's health insurance.

Of course, every interaction between Antelli & Rahn was on the up&up because Rahn always parker his Police car in front of Antelli's beautyshop rather than behind the plaza.

Now that Antelli has his apartments behind the plaza and the County Leg job the shop seems to be closed a lot more. Then again he and Rahn really don't need to meet as often either.

Why did John Auberger say that running a government is serious business, but as the Town Board leader he runs through the agenda in a average of 25 minutes. So much for taking town government seriously.

John is losing credibility with all groups in town.He should just resign.I am he can run the town

No - I am him must go too. As soon as they start looking at the tiling contracts in Greece and Irondequoit, gigs up on her too.

Trivia question: What does the Greece website have in common with the tiling contract awards?

A: STAY TUNED!

Tiling as in floors or tilting as in garbage? Tipping?

To 6:06PM ~~ The "paper" it's printed on?

I have heard rumors flying around about the tiling contract with KF's spouse. Is there any substance to this? If so why is she still working?Shouldn't the spouse of a well-connected political official, abstain from applying for jobs contracted by that town?

Joe M. looks better with a broom in his face and sounds better with his mouth closed.

SCATS said...

To 7:30AM ~~ Are you angry because Auberger shaved the broom off his face and now we have to actually see him?? :)

SCATS!!! I know the people commenting here beat up on and insult John Auberger and Dan Maloney all the time but I wouldn't have expected an insult coming from you against anyone!

To 2:37PM ~~ I was wondering if anyone would even notice ;) It all gets rather tiring, doesn't it?
